Alvin Chair Warranty
Alvin & Company warrants all of its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions.

Full 2-year warranty on the gas height adjustment mechanism.
Full 3-year warranty against defects in material and construction (except wear and tear of the fabric).

Should service be required by reason of any defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Alvin will repair, or at its discretion, replace the product without charge subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover products that have been damaged by negligence, misuse or accident or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons. Coverage is at Alvin's discretion, subject to verification.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by a carrier or during transportation. Please refer to our policy on shipping claims.

Many of the products sold by Alvin & Company are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty which vary by manufacturer and product. We may direct you to the manufacturer's customer service department for assistance. Please inquire.

Mayline Group Warranty
The Mayline Group promises to repair or replace and Mayline Group brand seating product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This is the sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to limitations, exclusions and other provisions detailed below.

Limitations involving materials and components

Ten Years - Electrical components, seating controls, seating pneumatic cylinders, wood seating components
Five Years - Fabric and Leather seating upholstery, seating foam, seating armrests, and veneer finishes

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, which is to be expected over the course of ownership
Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled under the freight damage policy
Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Mayline Group
Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
Products used for rental purposes

SAFCO Products Warranty
SAFCO Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under correct use, normal operating conditions, and proper application. SAFCO’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange, at SAFCO’s option, of any SAFCO Product or part which prove to be defective as provided herein. SAFCO reserves the right to either inspect the product at Buyer’s location or require it to be returned to the factory for inspection. Buyer is responsible for freight to and from factory on all warranty claims. The above warranty does not extend to goods damaged or subjected to accident, abuse or misuse after release from SAFCO’s warehouse, nor goods altered or repaired by anyone other than specifically authorized SAFCO representatives. SAFCO shall not in any way be responsible for the consequences of any alteration, modification or misuse unless previously approved in writing by an officer of SAFCO.

SAFCO MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. Any description of the goods sold hereunder, including any reference to Buyer’s specifications and any description in catalogs, circulars and other written material published by SAFCO, is the sole purpose of identifying such goods and shall not create an express warranty that the goods shall conform to such description.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY STATES SAFCO’S ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY AND BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTIONS WITH SAFCO’S
PRODUCTS. SAFCO WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, NOR FOR ANY SUM IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Eurotech Warranty
Eurotech ensures total customer satisfaction. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for 5-years. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components. Customers own material is not warranted. Warranty is limited to a 40 hour work week and 250 lb. weight limit. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover the cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
